Draft for operator review. This page is a structure only. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be finalised and approved before live charging or public launch. Verify current Australian requirements (including the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Consumer Law) from official sources.
What an introduction is
A paid introduction releases the customer’s contact details to the selected business. It is not a guaranteed job, and an introduction that does not become work is not, by itself, a reason for a refund.
Reasons we review
Draft categories: duplicate paid introduction; materially false or out-of-area brief; invalid contact details; customer confirms they made no request; technical duplicate charge.
How to request a review
From Billing in your business portal, within the review window shown there. Include what happened and any supporting evidence.
Decisions
Decision timing and refund method to be confirmed before launch. Decisions follow this published policy and applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
