Accept the introduction
If the customer chooses you, you have 48 hours to accept or decline. Pay only if you accept; then their contact details unlock.
An introduction is a conversation, not a guaranteed job. See the introduction & review policy for when a paid introduction can be reviewed (for example duplicate charges or invalid contact details).
